This morning the Chinese community, @peacepivot, @codepink, and ANSWER protested the meeting of Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy and Taiwan’s president, Tsai Ing-Wen.
This is a reckless, irresponsible act which takes the 23 million ppl in Taiwan down the road to destruction.
🗣️🗣️🗣️To fight inflation we need to end the US’s massive international sanctions regime and demand they stop sending weapons to fuel the Ukraine war, and stop blocking peace negotiations!

Another great Noche Cubana! Thank you to all who attended, we’re glad to have met many new faces & danced with old friends! US sanctions against Cuba are a terrible act of war that denies Cubans full access to medicine and this Noche we gathered funds to send medical aid to Cuba!
A country which not only deserves to live in peace but also to be celebrated for its accomplishments! This past Saturday people definitely stayed up dancing, learning new steps from SHINE Muwasi, winning amazing auction items straight from Cuba, and cheering for Cuba’s legacy!
