It's world cup period and this people still playing NBA😭
NEW YORK: Tonight, Knicks fans across our city will come together at Plaza 33 outside MSG, Radio City Music Hall, and Wollman Rink to watch Game 5 of the NBA Finals. My administration is proud to work with the Knicks to support these watch parties. As we celebrate, be responsible, look out for one another, stay safe, be smart, and make this a night that reflects the very best of our city. Let's go Knicks.

Let me say this!! Almost EVERY single one of them has tried coaching. Gary Neville. Paul Scholes. Ryan Giggs. Wayne Rooney. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Nicky Butt. Steve Bruce. Teddy Sheringham. Mark Hughes. Bryan Robson. Phil Neville. Robin Van Persie. TWELVE men. Twelve products of the greatest football dynasty England has ever seen. And the results? Omo mehn… ❌ Neville lasted 4 months at Valencia before they threw him out. ❌ Ole got sacked by the club he loved. ❌ Giggs had his career end in disgrace. ❌ Scholes? He resigned from Oldham after 31 days. THIRTY ONE DAYS. ❌ Phil Neville took Inter Miami and turned it into a circus. ❌ Van Persie just got sacked after a dissasterous season. ❌ Michael Carrick failed at Middlesbrough — we're watching him closely at united 👀 ❌ Evra is on TikTok dancing. ❌ Ferdinand is doing TV punditry. ❌ Beckham is playing football president in Miami. ❌ And Keane — God bless him — is just angry on television full time. This is the same group of people who will gather on Sky Sports every weekend and tell you Arteta doesn't know what he's doing. Sir Alex built champions on the pitch by paying off refs. But somewhere between the dressing room and the dugout, the coaching gene just… didn't transfer. 😂 Maybe winning under Fergie was so easy they never had to think. Arteta had to GRIND his coaching badges while managing a revolution. Every single day. Different breeds, mehn. Completely different breeds. COYG. Always. 🔴⚪

Christos Tzolis could be Arsenal's new Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Christos Tzolis enjoyed a breakthrough 2023–24 season, finishing as the top scorer in the Bundesliga-2 with 22 goals. After joining Club Brugge in 2024, he developed into one of Belgium's most productive attackers. Primarily a left winger, Tzolis is capable of playing across the front line, including as a right winger or behind striker He is renowned for his pace, direct dribbling, clinical finishing, creativity, and ability to provide assists. One of his standout qualities is his ability to cut inside from the left flank and create danger in the final third. A two-footed attacker, he combines technical quality with excellent movement and attacking intelligence. During the 2025–26 season with Club Brugge, he recorded; 17 goals 23 assists 36 league appearances Across his two seasons at Club Brugge, Tzolis has registered more than 80 goal contributions, attracting interest from several major European clubs, and Arsenal is the most club pushing for his signature. His key strengths include finishing, movement, crossing, pace, versatile and overall attacking output, making him one of the most effective wide forwards in European football. He's going to be a massive addition to the squad if only he can hit the ground running.

When Lee Dixon went to Anfield in 1989, he had already made plans for after the game. His uncle was over from Australia, there was a family party because he was leaving the next day, and Dixon had agreed he would go along afterwards. There was just one detail in the middle of it. Arsenal had to go to Liverpool and win by two goals to take the league title. “I went, yeah, cool, we’re not going to win, so I might be a bit down.” Then Arsenal went and did it. Alan Smith scored the first then Michael Thomas went through in the last minute and clinched the title. The rest of the Arsenal players were going back to London to celebrate one of the greatest title wins English football had ever seen. Dixon was standing outside Anfield with a bottle of champagne, waving them off. “They were all just going, ‘What are you doing?’” “And I was going, ‘I don’t know.’” He got in the car with his brother and drove towards the family party. Then the hunger kicked in. He had played the game, had a bottle of champagne, and had not eaten properly since earlier in the day. So as they were driving through Liverpool, his brother spotted a chippy. Dixon jumped out the car and ran inside to place the order. The place was full. He looked down and saw the Arsenal badge on his blazer and realised the mistake he just made. He had walked into a chip shop in Liverpool, hours after Arsenal had won the title at Anfield, dressed like a member of the team that had done it. “I went, ‘Oh my God, this is the end.’” Dixon kept his head down and went to the counter. “Four fish and chips, please.” The bloke behind the counter just looked at him. “It’s alright lad.” “You can have extra chips.” “We’re all Evertonians!”

Declan Rice has well and truly settled the Rice vs Caicedo debate. Remember when Chelsea fans spent months insisting that Moisés Caicedo was better than him? At the time, the debate was everywhere. Chelsea supporters argued that they had signed the superior midfielder, while Arsenal fans backed Rice as the complete package. Fast forward to today, and Arsenal fans can safely say they got the last laugh. Declan Rice has become one of the most important players in Mikel Arteta’s team, helping drive Arsenal to Premier League glory. His leadership, consistency, defensive quality, ball-carrying ability, and knack for delivering in big moments have made him one of the best midfielders in world football. Since arriving at Arsenal, he has elevated the entire team and proven why the club was willing to invest heavily in him. Meanwhile, Caicedo remains a talented midfielder with plenty of quality, but the comparison looks very different now. While Rice was celebrating a Premier League title with Arsenal, Chelsea endured another disappointing campaign, finishing outside the European places and far behind the title race. Football isn’t only about trophies, and both players are excellent in their own right. But when fans spent months debating who made the better signing, Arsenal supporters can now point to the biggest measure of success: Rice became a Premier League champion and a key figure in one of Arsenal’s greatest recent seasons. The Rice vs Caicedo debate may never completely disappear, but right now the evidence is heavily in Rice’s favour…and Arsenal fans are enjoying every minute of it.

I am seeing many fans already approving the signing of Christos Tzolis but I will be honest with you. I haven't watched a single game he has played and I know many of you too haven't but after seeing that Arsenal is interested in him I went and watched his highlights. In the videos I have come across I agree he is a top talent but let's remember highlights only show the good parts where he is scoring, assisting or even taking on players. I don't know why many fans have already come to the conclusion that he is on Arsenal level. Let's stay calm because I know scouts don't only watch a player for one game in fact Arsenal is known for scouting a player for even two years as you all know we have missed out on some big talents because of scouting for a long time the likes of Lionel Messi and Didier Drogba. You see this excitement is what always leads to the fans to start criticizing players. I am not against the club signing him but I just don't understand those who are praising him where they are getting the courage because I know many haven't watched him play a full game. What surprised me is a certain fan who told me if we sign Christos we would have replaced Alexis Sanchez 😲

🗣️ Didier Drogba: "African Teams Cannot Keep Paying The Price" With what I'm hearing, I don't think this is heading in the right direction. First, Ghana could be without Thomas Partey for an important match because of issues unrelated to the competition. That's a huge setback, not just for the team but for the entire country. Now we're hearing reports of Senegalese fans facing visa difficulties. How is that fair? Imagine playing one of the biggest matches of your life without the support of your fans in the stadium. Football is about competition, atmosphere, and national pride. Supporters are a huge part of that experience. I think something has to be done and adjusted immediately because, from where I'm standing, it feels like African teams and African supporters are the ones being affected the most. The World Cup should unite nations, not create barriers for those who want to be part of it. 🌍

These people are never tired of taking a dig at Arsenal. They have been relentless in their shade and trolls at Arsenal especially under Mikel Arteta. Yesterday, Manchester United former defender Garry Neville made a statement that the only genuine world class player in the England national team is Harry Kane. Garry Neville the England national team is filled with average players except for Harry Kane Ordinarily, this would have passed as just his personal opinion. Unfortunately, it's not. The comment is a dig at Arsenal players in the English national team Its a way to water down the influence and rating of Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka who are key players in the English national team. Garry Neville is not the first to say this. Recall, Rio Ferdinand had sometime in 2024 said Bukayo Saka is not a world class player This same comment has re echoed again through Garry Neville I don't know if there is any better midfielder in Europe today than Declan Rice? I don't know winger better than Bukayo Saka in his position? Name that player Who is a world class player? What do world class do that Declan Rice have not done? Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka Saka have played and scored goal at the highest level. What makes a player world class? Well, I know that ex Manchester United players acting as neutrals , are truly not neutral. They are biased and petty Personally, I have stopped listening to them because they don't deserve my time

I think we can all agree that it was a mistake increasing teams from 32 to 48 teams in the world cup. It may have given more teams a chance to participate but again the quality of football displayed so far is a disappointment to fans who love the beautiful game. FIFA decided to give us quantity over quality and I am not surprised about the number of people watching. Increasing teams won't make any sense as I believe many fans will choose the games to watch and the games they won't watch. It's a slow start in the tournament and I believe some fans will watch a few group games and watch more starting from the round of 32 or even 16 because that's the stage we will start seeing quality football.

You are free to disagree with me, but if you are watching Canada's match, you will agree with me that Jonathan David is better than Bukayo Saka. For sure, the guy's impact is noticeable. He is everywhere on the pitch, always making good runs and finding space to receive the ball. Even though I noticed that he sometimes struggles with his final touch, his speed is unstoppable. I wish we could sign him instead of relying on Bukayo Saka next season. Jonathan David is doing very well, and to me, he has been performing at a very high level. So, I think Jonathan David would be a better option because of the quality and impact he brings as a forward player.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta was appointed as manager in December 2019 and won his first FA cup four trophy four months after. Between 2020 and 2023 season, Mikel Arteta won two Community shields after beating Liverpool and Manchester City respectfully. But do you know what, nobody regards the Community shields won by Mikel Arteta as trophies. Simply because it's Arsenal and Mikel Arteta. Community shields are regarded as trophies for Alex Ferguson and Pep Guardiola 10 of Alex Ferguson's 38 trophies are Community shields . 3 of the 20 trophies won by Pep Guardiola are Community shields So the media and the rival fans would do everything to water down every achievement of Arsenal and Mikel Arteta as nothing. The h@te and the campaign to water down Arsenal and Mikel Arteta has continued even after winning the 2025/2026 premier league title There is a new debate in the media right now between Aston Villa manager Unai Emerry and Mikel Arteta. They are asking who is a better manager. Without any debate, they said Unai Emerry is a better manager than Mikel Arteta As an Arsenal fan , I knew where the debate is headed to . I knew why they are involved in such a debate and the reason behind the debate. The campaign to water down and diminish Arsenal and Mikel Arteta. No doubt, Unai Emerry is a great manager. He is an experienced manager. He has paid his dues with about five Europa trophies and may be the league title in France with PSG However, Mikel Arteta is a better manager. Mikel is not at the same level with Unai Emerry Unai Emerry is a manager for small clubs that is why he is where he is today. Unai Emerry have not won the league title with any big club aside PSG Winning Europa is not how and where to measure a good manager The true test of a good manager is to win the league with a big club in England, Spain or Germany. Any manager can win the league title in France with PSG The same Unai Emerry had the opportunity to manage Arsenal, he could not qualify for the champions league He was eventually sacked and Mikel Arteta came to rebuild Arsenal inherited from Unai Emerry Like I will always say, the best way to measure a good manager, is his ability to win the league title The league title is not for everyone. Roberto Di Mateo won the champions league trophy with Chelsea in 2012 as an interim manager. Uptil today, Roberto Di Mateo have not been able to get another job as a top manager Not even a mid table team in England has looked in his direction for employment. Because, he is not good enough Former Totteham Hotspurs manager Ange Postecoglou won the Europa trophy in 2025 and almost got Totteham relegated. He was eventually sacked but finished the season in 17 position on the table This shows, that winning a cup competition is not the best measurement for a good manager Unai Emerry is good but Mikel Arteta is a better manager. The Manager awards for the year to Mikel Arteta was for a reason. Mikel Arteta is an elite manager in European football. Stop the comparison
