By creating a separate award show - all while pushing the narrative that black creators are underrepresented - not only do you imply some unhinged conspiracy, but also further promote the idea that you're never to blame.

My suggestion is... maybe look at the creators who are popular. Take them as inspiration. Learn from them. Work on yourself. There's plenty of successful black streamers. Vtubing is not that different.
Just don't make "being black" your whole fucking personality. No one CARES.

Okay, I feel like the only reason Larian is getting this treatment, despite other companies having the same takes on AI, is because they fostered a "certain" community (of "flag people") through BG3 and its sexual/romantic content.

I also think that ultimately, those people are a minority and basically meaningless in the grand scheme of things. However, they're known from being toxic activists, that will probably now dig into Larian to find dirt on them, and get them cancelled.
