The next Apache Directory Server version (2.0.0-AM27) will not contain a Kerberos server. You have to use Apache Kerby instead: directory.apache.org/kerby/

The Apache Directory Project announces the release of Fortress - 2.0.7. This release includes an upgrade to the latest Log4j lib, v2.15.0. This is our response to CVE-2021-44228. If using Apache Fortress, it is highly recommended moving to this release. s.apache.org/8vwz5

The Apache Directory projects (API, ApacheDS, Studio) aren't impacted by the Log4j2 RCE bug. We are using Log4j1.2

Good progress on the Junit4 -> Junit5 front. This is quite a paradigm shift, as we were extensively using @Rule and @ClassRule, which have been replaced by Extention. Work in progress.

And done ! We are now fully using Junit-5, except for one OSGi module !
