The General Security forces affiliated with the Damascus government disperse protests by residents of the city of Al-Shaddadi by force. After the Damascus government took control of the area and the withdrawal of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), workers at the refineries and gas fields staged protests over the dismissal of many local workers and what residents describe as the takeover of these facilities by government-connected individuals and relatives, alleging favoritism and nepotism. 🚨ATTENTION Eyewitnesses from the Al-Samar area, located between Kasab and Ras al-Basit on the Syrian coast, reported the construction of Turkish telecommunications bases and towers atop several high hills overlooking the region. This construction is taking place amidst unusually heavy security measures that have raised numerous questions among residents. According to eyewitnesses who spoke to Dar News Network, the roads leading to these bases and towers are heavily guarded by General Security personnel. Concrete barriers have also been erected around the sites, a move described by local residents as reflecting a high level of fortification and protection compared to the nature of the existing facilities. In the same context, local sources from the Syrian coast revealed to our network that a number of citizens have noticed their mobile phones receiving messages from the Syrian network indicating that they have entered Turkish territory, despite being within Syrian territory. The sources noted that the real purpose is not economic benefit as much as it is practically a sale of the Syrian coast to Turkey, and the deployment of the towers aims to monitor communications coming out and coming from the Syrian coastal regions.

If they don’t cover for Turkey, their whole ideals and constant lectures on democracy collapses. You always hear Erdogan Erdogan Erdogan, but Erdogan just happens to be at the top today. The Turks lost after WWI, and they haven’t gotten over it. They’re all working towards the same goal using different titles and labels—don’t fall for it.
