olive skintones are so funny like some of us are straight up grey so really the moral of the story is just keep referencing real people and understand that undertones exist in every skin depth and race
I understand where the OP is coming from and I do believe warm toned black characters skin should be more appreciated in artwork but this kind of reductive thinking about coloring skin in artwork lead me to being harassed for drawing //MYSELF// too βGRAY AND ASHYβ
