Honestly, it is at the point where I truly believe CV’s are irrelevant. Having the experience and capabilities means naff all, clearly! Passed the online assessment but unable to progress due to “stronger candidates” 😂 and other, I didn’t even have an assessment to do! Laughable

Besides Colossus, who have always good to me, I have been treated appalling by many other outlets. Inconsistent pay times, work load being given to others, favouritism towards others, being ignored, false promises, as well as being stabbed in the back by other people. Experienced it all in this industry. Most of it has truly become toxic. Sad really.
