If D1 schools aren’t reaching out to you, you may not be a D1 player & that’s ok. Don’t be married to the level. Be married to the right academic fit for you. Stay in the gym. Keep getting better & then use the game to cement your future. College degrees don’t say D1, D2 or D3!

Congratulations to Samantha Kaleta who received her 1,000 Career Point during the 21-22 Swimming season. Samantha was recently awarded her towel at the end of season banquet. Samantha finished the season earning 1,086 career points 👏👏👏

D1-2-11 Third-Place Match: Blue Ridge 3, @AreaBerwick 0. Hunter Madl had 12 kills and 5 digs. Graham Marshman added 16 digs and Blaze Coop added 17 digs. Andrew Blockus had 21 assists, and Zander Unger had 3 kills and 2 blocks. Berwick finishes the year at 12-4.

HS VOLLEYBALL: Dock Mennonite 3, @AreaBerwick 0. Hunter Madl had 6 kills, 7 digs and 2 blocks for the Bulldogs. Dock is ranked in the top 5 of the state in 2A. Berwick takes on Blue Ridge in the 3rd-place match Thursday. The winner moves into the state bracket.

4A SOFTBALL: Honesdale 4, @AreaBerwick 3, 8 inn. Nicole Yankowsky drove in two runs for Berwick , while Gabby Starr added a double. Starr struck out 8 in the loss. Marissa Gregory stuck out 6 in three innings of work, while Sarah Decker picked up the win in relief.
