ICE has taken custody of a convicted murderer for deportation after decades in prison.
Minh Duy Tong Nguyen, also known as Tony Playboy, is a Vietnamese national associated with the Nomads gang. In 1989 he participated in a gang related shootout that left two people dead and three others injured.
Featured on Americas Most Wanted, he was captured in Canada, extradited, and sentenced to 45 years.
ERO Houston officers assumed custody of him on April 16 upon his release. His deportation order has been active for more than 25 years.
