Introducing the Mana Summit 2025 Mana Summit 2025 is an in-person, multi-day, multi-stream, multi-event invitational style Super Smash Bros Melee tournament. This event marks the next step in the alternative Melee scenes' fight to stand up for individuals who have been victims of unjust bans and cancel culture tactics. Players like: Mekk, DaShizWiz, Hax$, Zion, A Rookie, NoFluxes, Lambchops/beerman, Zero, TheManaLord, Eikelmann, luigigoshard, Chevy, amongst many others who could compete for the crown on top of the summit. Why does an alternative Melee scene exist? Because the TO's and the social media mob of the community have adopted authoritarian samethinking propagandas that exclude anyone who do not cosign to their twisted and harmful ideologies. Players who seek refuge in the Mana Monthly community have been banned for things as asinine as: -Practicing their religion, be it Christian/Jew/Muslim -People banned for false accusations that have never been proven true -Or even things as simple as twitter likes/retweets or having your own belief system -Saying anything contrary to the 'current thing' or social virtue flavor of the week #ManaMonthly was made due to such insane ban reasons, and this is what Mana Monthly has achieved in one years time: -Creating the first long standing alternative tournament series in protest to the corrupt mainstream -The only tournament series that commits to the principles of competitive integrity -Raised over $7,500 to support players wrongfully banned -The return of several legendary players through all of Smash history -Dozens of historic meta defining matchups you won't be able to see anywhere else (youtube.com/@ManaMonthly) -Millions of views and countless engagements on socials in the fight for Melee freedom Mana Monthly has more to do, there is one final Summit to reach - an event that they wish would NEVER happen - getting all these legends in the same room, competing in many events Summit style, to crown the TRUE super smash bros Melee champion in 2025 - the one who will stand at the top of the summit! The goal of this event is to occur towards the latter of 2025. All funds will be used to support costs of competitors' travel, housing, venue, equipment, etc. Anything beyond these costs will go towards extra facilities including special guests, and prize pools. If the goal is not reached to cover such costs, the event will occur virtually by year's end.
