The @EU_Commission wants to triple European data center capacity and wire AI into the energy grid. We've been building for this since day one. AI demand is hitting a power cliff. The fix isn't more transmission lines. It's deploying compute where the energy already is. With @WinDC, we're building Australia's first network of portable AI factories powered by renewables. Next winter, one of our Galleons lands aboard an oil rig on the Norwegian Continental Shelf for @akerbpasa. Strong start to the week catching up with @MorganLBrennan on @CNBCMorningCall. Armada is honored to be included in this year’s CNBC Disruptor 50 list. As the AI super-cycle shifts to fine-tuning and inference, we are scaling with our customers globally to meet demand and solve their most critical problems at the edge.

On Memorial Day, I remember my grandfather. Bill Wright's ship was struck by a kamikaze in WWII. He survived. But it changed our whole family, the same way so many families’ lives have been changed. This year I also want to recognize the veterans now at Armada. Heroes who deployed overseas multiple times, operated a nuclear reactor at sea, reorganized the Navy's helicopter community during the global war on terror, led Coast Guard unmanned aircraft systems programs, trained partner nation troops in survival skills, managed payroll for thousands of Marines and so much more. They carry that same sense of duty into their work here. Leaning forward, taking ownership, helping build the infrastructure the DoW needs to operate as an AI-first warfighting force. We will never forget their courage and that of thousands of others that makes our freedom possible.

Distributed compute needs to be deployed with speed, scale, and sovereignty. @danwrightSF joined @technology this week to talk about Galleon Forge One, our Series B, and the infrastructure buildout required to meet growing demand for inference, fine-tuning, and distributed model deployment at scale. The next wave of compute will not live only in centralized clouds. It will need to be deployed where land, energy, and data already exist. That is what Armada was built for. Beacon is briefcase-sized, passively cooled, and operational in days. It is already running real-time spill and leak detection at well sites in the Dakotas, processing camera streams with on-site AI inference. After seeing the impact at one site, including millions in projected TCO reduction, the customer asked us to rapidly expand to 30 more. Beacon is also active in San Diego, upgrading federal maritime surveillance infrastructure with edge compute nodes and Skydio drone-first response, while significantly reducing the cost of running watch towers. @BakerWoods brings us the Beacon story: small form factor, fast deployment, real operational impact, and a hub-and-spoke model that can scale alongside larger Galleon form factors.
