๐ What a thriller! WAS was up 7 with 90s left. Then: Mabrey's 4-PTS play, Amoore goes 1/2 FT, Mabrey hits another 3, and Sykes finishes a layup to give TOR a 1-PTTH lead with 10s left. But Sonia Citron decided to become the clutchest player alive and saved the Mystics! ๐

The Cup Final race does not change much. NYL is ahead of IND and still has games against WAS and CON. IND needs to beat CON and TOR, while also needing NYL to lose both remaining games to qualify. In the West, the winner of MIN vs. LVA will probably take the Final spot.

The funniest scenario would be LVA beating MIN, and DAL beating LVA, with three teams win out afterward, they'd each finish with 1L and be perfectly tied on the head-to-head tiebreaker, sending everything to point differential. Poor DAL: 22 compared to MIN's 81 and LVA's 41.

The biggest "what if" of the last decade might still belong to Toronto ๐
Not because they won a championship.
Because they won one... and then Kawhi Leonard left.
Think about what happened after that.
Kyle Lowry made another Finals.
Pascal Siakam made another Finals.
OG Anunoby made another Finals.
Fred VanVleet became an All-Star.
That championship roster wasn't a one-year miracle. It was loaded ๐
And that's what makes the Kawhi question impossible to ignore.
What if he stayed?
What if the Raptors had rolled into the 2020s with Kawhi, Lowry, Siakam, OG, VanVleet, Gasol, and Ibaka all together? ๐ค
That team was already on a 60-win pace the year after Kawhi left.
Now imagine adding a healthy Finals MVP back into the mix.
Maybe we're not talking about one championship.
Maybe we're talking about a dynasty ๐ฟ
