My social anxiety and general disdain for people totally gets this. Some will use it to try to make it more than it is. Rice didn't want to deal with the media. I'll assume he was running to the SUV to catch his flight to St. Joe.

I respect the honest question. True conservatism has always been a minority position inside the GOP. That's not new. The party has been a messy coalition forever.
But words & ideas have fixed meanings. Trump-aligned populists rebranding or co-opting "conservative" to mean big spending, personal loyalty tests, and whatever the leader wants today doesn't erase the actual principles of limited gov, rule of law, fiscal sanity.
It's not No True Scotsman to defend consistent ideas against linguistic capture. Your church analogy works both ways... Sometimes institutions drift so far you have to call out the corruption instead of redefining the original thing.

Its rare to see an athlete work so hard NOT to get a second contract. This is so frustrating. Rashee as a player is so fun. But he hasn't grown up at all and continues to make boneheaded decisions.

A lot of the issues we saw in KC under Nagy, were the same ones Chicago had while he was there. Dysfunctional run game, lack of preparation, inefficient 3rd downs, and penalties.

I’ve seen some people say this. My whole thing is: the offense took major steps back under Nagy and we saw so many repeated mistakes. You rarely saw the offense make the same mistakes under EB. That’s why I’m really excited he’s back because I do think the offense improve because of him and some of the other new offensive assistants.
