This is not acceptable. Train No. 19602 (NJP–Udaipur City Express), has been diverted via Lucknow–Kanpur–Ghaziabad, skipping Bareilly. Its rescheduled by 3 hrs from origin and is running 6 hrs late.

We booked a Vande Bharat ticket from LKO to BLY, but had to cancel it due to the delays of Train 19602, losing 25% of the fare as cancellation charges. Even if we manage to book another one, there is no guarantee that Train 19602 will reach Lucknow in time.

This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. Indian Railways must ensure timely communication, functional grievance systems, and better support for passengers, especially senior citizens, during diversions and major delays.
