Hereās an example of the anti-White incentives placed on schools.
Imagine an otherwise excellent school with attainment 8 scores of:
⢠42 for Black/Caribbean students (above average)
⢠51 for White students (above average)
Ofsted could downgrade the school from āOutstandingā to āGoodā because of the high attainment gap of 9 (national average is 4.9), even though both groups are scoring above average.
Butā¦
If the school posts the same score of 42 for Black Caribbean students and White students achieve a lower score of 48 (6 point gap), the school would be more likely to receive their highly coveted āOutstandingā rating.
A compounding factor is the fact that Ofsted uses āWhite Britishā children as the benchmark.
So Chinese and other higher-performing groups can receive all the help in the world and their high scores wonāt negatively impact the schoolās Ofsted report.
It is only White children that find themselves tethered to lower-performing ethnic groups.
Basically the lower the White British attainment score, the better the schoolās Ofsted report will be.
Communists control every lever of the state and every institution has been redesigned to disenfranchise White people.
Schools prioritise black and brown students over your children.
They have attainment gap targets and āanti-racismā frameworks which means that resources, teaching time, mentoring programs, etc are all geared towards helping black students whilst your child is left behind.
In fact, because schools are judged on the gap between ethnic groups, the school is incentivised to produce lower grades for White students.
When your child applies to university, again, black and brown students will get priority and your childās application goes straight to the bottom of the pile. If they do get in, all of the support, mentoring and āinclusiveā bursaries go to the black/brown students.
When they apply for a job itās the same story, theyāre at the bottom of the pile.
If they manage to get a job they face mandatory unconscious bias training, diversity targets, āpositive actionā schemes and ethnicity quotas. If they go for promotion theyāll be beat by an ethnic on a fast-track program because the company wants ābetter black representation in management positionsā.
If they complain about any of this, at any point, theyāll be called racist and life at their school, college, university or workplace will become a living hell.
They will be told they have āWhite privilegeā.
Itās heartbreaking to imagine what psychological damage this is having on our children.
Demoralised at every step of their young lives⦠by the state.
And we all know what happens if they come in contact with the police.
Media, entertainment, the government and public messaging all reinforce this new hierarchy.
We need to collectivise whilst we still have the numbers to do so.
We need a government that is willing to drag these people out of our institutions and then put the British people first.
