Sim cards are sent with Royal Mail, and I would usually expect them to be received within 3-5 working days. I would advise you to contact our Mobile team on 0808 006 2732 as they will be able to access your account and advise further. It may be possible for them to resend the sim card or transfer it if you purchase one instore. Kind regards- Barakah

We are experiencing a technical issue with amendments for orders today. If you receive items you removed & you do not want them, please hand back to the driver. Any items added to your order will not be in your delivery. The issue has been fixed for future orders.
