'Fast' caramelisation techniques use sugar and water (which is basically caramel when heated) because 'real' caramelisation takes about an hour on low heat, both are real cooking techniques~♡ A lot of people I know skip the sugar and just use water, but the 'real' way is best

Actual hot take I think teenagers should have access, they're going to grow up into a world in which social media is necessary for most careers and socialising with 0 idea how to use it, recognise scams, threats, or how to behave and no one will forgive them cause they're adults~
