The suspect killed 10 victims from 1996-2010.
His name is Rex Heuermann, an architect from Massapequa Park, NY.

- Patience
- Anticipating removing risks all the time w/o presenting like it
- Gently explaining things, lots

There’s a lot of skill and care that is built up when working with such sensitive and vulnerable audiences that comes in handy elsewhere.
We tend not to value and celebrate these types of skills, and the experiences that develop them, as much as we should in workplaces.

If SCOTUS was serious about their ludicrous “colorblindness” claims, they would have abolished legacy admissions, aka affirmative action for the privileged.
70% of Harvard’s legacy applicants are white. SCOTUS didn’t touch that - which would have impacted them and their patrons.
