What an amazing day. Doing things I’ve never done. All thanks to an amazing group of instructors that kept us safe throughout and taught us so much. All skills we will need to enter the depths of Earth.

It is extremely helpful! A big part of the @Space_Station is helping to design life support systems that we will use going to Mars, and learning how the human body reacts to a microgravity environment. x.com/Astro_ManishKr/status/…

The average astronaut training is about 2 years, and once you're assigned to a mission it's another 2 years of training. During that time part of it will be spent in the Neutral Buoyancy Lab training for spacewalks. x.com/Astro_ManishKr/status/…
