A new chapter in Atlanta’s global story. For the first time ever, our region hosted a FIFA World Cup™ match as Spain and Cabo Verde took the pitch at Atlanta Stadium, marking the beginning of Atlanta’s moment on the world’s biggest sporting stage.

Timberland ➡️ Terminus 🌲 @Rayonier has signed a lease for its new corporate headquarters in Buckhead, further strengthening metro Atlanta’s position as a destination for global business growth. The company cited Atlanta’s thriving business ecosystem and deep ties to Georgia, where Rayonier is the state’s largest private landowner with nearly 850,000 acres of timberland. The new headquarters at Terminus 100 is expected to open in 2027.
