I’m sooooooo proud of my wife. She got accepted into her desired Ph.D program!!! We saw each other at our lowest around 7 years ago… and always encouraged each other to dream of moments like this. Eventually we’ll tell our kids the true meaning of delayed but NOT denied!!

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have great communication skills as a physician.
You will need to be prompt, professional, and personable with patients, nursing staff, OR staff, patient families, and consulting specialties to provide great care for patients.
