Friends with more canning experience- probably shouldn’t eat these, right? Can was not a pop top, and didn’t hear a vacuum seal break when I opened the jar, so it was likely compromised, right? Gonna call them tomorrow and may suggest they switch lids.

I almost snapped trying to film this.
Autofocus on phones is going to be my villain origin story.
I hate trying to film and talk about something while not being able to actually control focus whatsoever.
Maybe I need to invest in an actual video camera to make content discussing my products.

Pot roast @BeckerooArt and I made last night and the soup it became tonight! We used a method and recipe by @manthatscooking and it was delicious. Sirloin tip came from our neighbors’ farm!
