MakerSpace was a big hit with @atu_ie WAVE students over the last academic year. The WAVE programme is a Special Purpose Award for learners with an intellectual disability. One of its main aims is to provide an enriching student experience. Great to be part of it. @higher_ed4

ATU MakerSpace was at its Sligo campus this week, welcoming incoming students and their parents to ATU. Our mobile MakerSpace was set up, complete with a 3D printer and laser cutter. Our goal was to inform them about all the opportunities it offers, regardless of their course.
