In Starmer's speech, there was not one single mention of:
'arms'
'take up arms'
'attack'
'go for the enemy'
None of the things Tice said are true. NONE OF IT.
Why do @SkyPoliticsHub have him on their show?
He's a demonstrable liar and actually the one trying to incite.
He got angry when [weakly] challenged and tried to play the victim. This is 101 Trumpian Politics Playbook, and we're being force-fed it every single day.
A barrage of lies from Reform with absolutely zero pushback from our media. Oh, and they've been on the TV every day this week, multiple times.
Why do the broadcasters not push back?
@darrenmccaffrey
Do you have some sort of style guide that says “let Reform say whatever they like, even if it's a hot steaming pile of garbage”?
Because, you tarnish your own reputations. You allow the lies to pass with the weakest of challenges, and then to be bullied into submission by them. EVERY bloody day.
Our media needs to strap on a pair and start taking these charlatans to task.
'The prime minister literally used the word "arms", take up arms and attack, go for the enemy, just the most extraordinary language' -
@TiceRichard
Reform UK's deputy leader is challenged by
@darrenmccaffrey on claims Starmer called for violence against Farage's party.
