We scanned the existing property using Gaussian Splatting, rebuilt the entire renovation project in 3D, and brought it to life in @playcanvas . Explore the project floor by floor and step inside the future home through an immersive interactive experience.
Here is a 3DGS scan of an aircraft and its engine, integrated into a @playcanvas experience. Users can freely explore the aircraft, inspect the engine, interact, and access photos and additional information.
A real estate project recreated in Gaussian Splatting. Future buyers can freely explore the development, discover its surroundings, and visit the villas before construction is completed.
We captured the real site using Gaussian Splatting, recreated the future development in 3D and converted it into Gaussian Splatting, then brought everything together into a single immersive 3D Discovery experience.
Training myself in aerial drone-based Gaussian Splatting.
This tool is honestly excellent for planning flight paths and capturing cleaner, more consistent data for reconstruction.

One month apart. Same camera path.
Scanned with my PortalCam in Gaussian Splatting.
It’s fascinating to compare a construction site over time with the exact same camera trajectory and literally step back into the evolution of the project.
For the past year, I’ve been building and leading a Gaussian Splatting community on LinkedIn, and today we just crossed 2,000 members.
I’m incredibly proud. What a beautiful day for this amazing technology and community.
Here is a Gaussian Splatting scan of a 20,000-square-meter estate residence. The goal was not quality, but to test how far I could push the PortalCam during capture.
I scanned this custom Harley-Davidson with a PortalCam and built an interactive interface in @playcanvas so buyers can explore the bike, follow a guided tour, view a photo slideshow ...

I wanted to test something a bit different.
I extracted a 360 photo from a Matterport virtual tour, used AI to create a virtual staging version of it, then integrated the image into World Labs Marble to generate an immersive Gaussian Splatting world.
I scanned a Ferrari exterior, then the interior with the doors open, and finally the engine.
Everything was integrated into a @playcanvas interface I developed, allowing potential buyers to explore the car in detail.
A contractor had just finished renovating a terrace.
I scanned the space in Gaussian Splatting, then used MetaSam 3 to create virtual staging by generating furniture in 3DGS and integrating it directly into the scan.
For architects, I developed a @playcanvas construction monitoring interface integrating Gaussian Splatting, project plans, and AI-generated videos. The goal is to provide better immersion, clearer project visualization, and a stronger understanding of the future space.
