I expect the tab to reset to the default state when I click it but instead I'll find myself on an artists page 6 pages deep wondering why I'm not on the browse tab when I clicked "browse"
It will reset on 2 clicks but just another small annoyance

The last is mostly around links, which spotify does well. The links to jump around are often kind of hidden or inconsistent if they are actually links or not
Here is where an artist name is linked on one type of page but not on playlists?
tl;dr: LINK ALL THE THINGS

I know I just complained a bunch, but I think the app overall is pretty slick and I've enjoyed the sound quality as well
I am going to continue to use it and see if I get used to the quirks and who knows, maybe some improvements are coming
Anyone else looking at switching?

Because created & live radio are treated the same, when you're on a station you can't use the back button to go back to a song, instead you have to find it in your "history" which can get a bit annoying if you want to listen to a song again

Ok now for the don't like, which is mostly UI/interaction suggestions
Radio stations are clunky. There's live radio and also stations you "create" for artists and they are treated as the same thing in the UI.

It's also not clear where "created" stations you want to keep around should live, maybe you can save them as playlists or something?
imo artist "radio" stations be handled differently from live radio & make it easier/clearer to make a station quickly as it's buried right now

After recent price hikes and already subscribing the Apple One Bundle i've been testing switching to @AppleMusic from @Spotify
I've been on @Spotify since 2011 so I have a lot of history & wanted to share my experience & some other thoughts in case anyone else is doing the same

After using it for a week what I like about @AppleMusic:
🌎 global top charts playlists
🎧 my personal station
📱 deeper integration into iOS
🎛️ Boiler room sets
🤖 generated playlists seem to have more new music than spotify & will probably get better with "Apple Intelligence"

Apple music is really blank/empty when you first start so porting my playlists was #1 priority
I used @playlistyapp to port my playlists over and it worked great. Only songs it couldn't find were Spotify exclusives
