$AHRO After careful consideration Authentic Holdings, Inc. will be filing a Form 15 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, immediately suspending its SEC reporting obligations. The Company will transition to reporting with OTC Markets as a Pink Limited company, while continuing to trade under the symbol AHRO. Under this structure, AHRO intends to continue providing quarterly and annual updates to shareholders; however, the Company will no longer be subject to the administrative burden and costs associated with audited reporting requirements applicable to fully reporting companies under Rule 12g-4(a)(1). This strategic decision allows management to redirect resources toward the aggressive expansion of its core business operations. The Company believes this shift will better position it to accelerate revenue growth and enhance long-term shareholder value while maintaining transparency with shareholders. We all are working toward the element and goal of profitability in the first quarter. That is pretty much assured at the Maybach level. At the corporate level it'll be close at least on a cash flow basis. Non-cash items such as stock issuance and other non-cash expenses May wipe out profitability on an accounting basis put on a cash flow basis we will be to the plus side IMHO...
