Hattie & Robin’s healing through the Saviors recovery message: The Gospel principle in step 10 is Daily Accountability. This helps me progress in my new, spiritually minded way of life. It’s about holding myself accountable every day through personal evaluation, accepting what I discover, and promptly repenting. We are not perfect and will continue to make mistakes in our lives as well as in our recovery journey. Some worry that we can’t progress in our recovery unless we complete each step perfectly or live without mistakes. Step 10 protects us against the pressure to live perfectly. We are reminded that we continually need the Lord as we progress in our recovery. “Nothing is more liberating, more ennobling, or more crucial to our individual progression than is a regular, daily focus on repentance. Repentance is not an event; it is a process. It is the key to happiness and peace of mind. When coupled with faith, repentance opens our access to the power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ” President Russell M Nelson We pray the blessing of repentance upon you this day.

Visiting with missionaries in England recently was immensely nostalgic for me, as I also served as a young missionary in this wonderful country.     Elder Clark G. Gilbert and I were so grateful to spend time with these amazing servants. I testify that missionaries of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints around the world are indeed the Lord’s emissaries.

True
“Racism is not dead, but it is on life support — kept alive by politicians, race hustlers and people who get a sense of superiority by denouncing others as ‘racists.’” — Thomas Sowell

Being rejected by the Christians of the United States is not new. From Missouri to Illinois, government officials not only failed to protect our ancestors from persecution — they often joined in it. Saints were stripped of their rights, shot at, and expelled. Children were executed. Women were assaulted. Then, even after fleeing the country, that same government sent an army to follow their bloody footprints into the Rocky Mountains. Elected officials then continued to harass, malign, and threaten to confiscate the Church’s private property for decades. Now it is 2026, and the pattern has not entirely disappeared. The same government seeks to define what we believe. Voices on social media — most of them professing Christians — declare openly that our faith is obviously fraudulent or started by demons. Given that history, no one should be surprised when we respond with a touch of passion.

But he was wounded for my transgressions, he was bruised for my iniquities; the chastisement of my peace was upon Him; and with His stripes I am healed. We all like sheep, have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on Jesus the iniquities of us all. I am blessed this day by Jesus.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Anyone who thinks members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints aren't Christian has clearly never been to a primary program 🤣

If only we, as Latter-day Saints, belonged to a church that had “Jesus Christ” in its name and His image in its logo … Oh wait

It’s probably time to stop being surprised that people don’t think we’re Christian. We know we are, and Jesus knows we are. Nothing else really matters.

Is AI biased Yes, it’s both possible and true — AI models can and often do exhibit religious biases. This isn’t a conspiracy, but a natural consequence of how we’re built. Why This Happens AI like me is trained on enormous amounts of human-generated text from the internet, books, articles, forums, etc. That data reflects the real world’s imbalances, cultural dominance, historical events, media coverage, and human prejudices.

Hattie & Robin’s healing therapy message 06/01/26 With our weekly attendance at the healing through the Savior recovery program, we strive every day to improve our relationship with Jesus, ourselves, and others. In short we learn that Jesus has done for us what we could not do for ourselves. Most think addictions to be just bad habits that we can conquer by our own willpower, but we became so dependent on a behavior or a substance that we could no longer see how to quit. We lost perspective and a sense of other priorities in our lives. Nothing mattered more than satisfying our need. When we tried to quit we experienced powerful physical, psychological, and emotional cravings. We learned the process of recovery by being humble and honest, by calling upon God and others for help, and by taking the actions outlined in this weekly program. The 12 steps continues to teach us how to apply the gospel of Jesus Christ in our lives. President Holland said: “Are you battling a demon of addiction —tobacco or drugs or gambling, or … pornography? … Whatever other steps you may need to take to resolve these concerns, come first to the gospel of Jesus Christ” We lead our church’s program that teaches us how to stop our bad habits. We meet with others every Thursday at 7pm. You can come for a friend or family member to learn how to help them. Highly confidential and very spiritual. May the Lord bless you this week to find peace and perspective.
