We started @NanoScientifica about 4 years ago to bring shaped #nanoparticles to the market of #PowertoX, #FuelCells and more. Since then, the company lead by @robsilva31 has been growing in capability and can today produce kilogram scale of the most advanced shaped catalyst.
Synthesis of shaped #nanoparticles generally occurs through so-called ‘bottom-up’ methods, where nanoparticles are structured from atoms.
This allows for a high level of precision and control to form specific crystalline packing of the atoms.
We are happy to contribute to #academicresearch and the part Hannes Schomaker played in transferring this batch reaction into flow. It is amazing to see what #flowchemistry can do and how much our Autonomous Chemistry Lab have been growing since the start of #AutoSyn 1 year ago!
It has been an amazing year for us: it was exciting, sometimes exhausting but definitely very rewarding!
