Huzzah! It looks like the issues are resolving and the Internet is coming back online.
Engineers @automatic are working to mitigate the impact of a large-scale provider outage. We're still capturing trip data. We'll update soon

If you received a disconnection msg from @IFTTT about the @automatic IFTTT channel, just reconnect. It should continue working. 1/2

Pro: For those affected by the sporadic 3G connectivity, we've been told by provider it's resolved. Msg from Eng VP bit.ly/2jVi1xw

Pro/Lite customers, we redid the math and last week's drive stats should be correct now! Thanks for hanging in with us.
Pro/Lite customers, if last week’s drive stats look off to you, sit tight. We’re working on a fix and will let you know when it’s out.
Pro update 2/2: If you're still having connection issues w/ Pro, please give it the weekend & let us know if not cleared up by Monday.
Pro update 1/2: We've seen significant improvements since the update from our 3G carrier earlier today that they believe they've fixed it.
Pro: We're continuing to track the 3G issue w/ our provider. If you're not connecting AT ALL email help@automatic.com; it's likely unrelated
Pro: We heard from our 3G provider today that the issue has been resolved but some will see the tail end of it for a little while longer.
