I ordered a combo from McDonald's on 11/04/22 and there was one burger missing from it. When reported to help center, they had the audacity to say that we are lying and there will be no action taken as the restaurant have sent everything.

I have been a member of zomato since the start, and have subscribed to Pro Plus as well. I have been faithful to the service, however, this incident has made me lose my trust in you. I am not going to renew my subscription, nor going to order again from zomato again. Shame on you

When talked further with them and requested to talk to manager, they said that they can't do that as they are not functional. Later they agreed to call within 24 hours, however, the manager gave the same response, and said there is no procedure in place when an item goes missing.
