Potential good uses for this for KFD/MDC devs:
Write any data, even arrays, to a .plist in /var/mobile/* (not everywhere but a lot of places).
Hacky, but it works!

I'm working on totally rewriting Cowabunga Lite for Windows in pure C .
Done so far: Status Bar tweaks, generating and restoring from backups.
To come: All the other tweaks, and a UI that isn't an unholy crossover.

This means:
1. Only dependency on Windows will be iTunes, otherwise should be plug & play
2. I'm using Qt for the GUI so if all goes well, a Linux release will be shortly after
