But 500x leverage is not crazy. Using 500x without a plan is crazy.
At its core, leverage lets you trade a bigger position without putting up the full amount.
With 250x leverage, $500 can trade like $125K.
With 500x leverage, $500 can trade like $250K.
Same capital.
Bigger position.
Bigger result.
But also less room for error when the trade moves against you.
