My channel has been chosen to help test the new ad experience rolling out on @kick I love to see kick growing and I support this next step to test their new ads feature. Every platform needs to create revenueve and they have always been clear this is what they have always been working towards. The difference is, when they roll out mainstream, Kick say streamers will have full control with no forced ads and they will set a new standard on how ads should be done, and I am excited for that.

Ad section added to the menu's on @kick . Looks like Gambling streams are currently going to recieve mandatory, non-skippable ads every 15min.

For those who are worrying and making assumptions about the recent Ads which have been shown on kick. Here is everything you need to know. I have been on kick for over 3 years and @StakeEddie has always said ads will eventually come to @kick and when they do, they will be done differently and in a way where streamers have control. Today Eddie confirmed that recent 'in house ads' are being tested so they can collate data to be able to sell ads. The plan has not changed and when KICK get ads, the streamers will be in control. He also goes on to explain that advertisers want to be intrusive... they want full screen, unskipable ads and KICK will look to find a balance. I want KICK to succeed, to do that, they need to make money long term. I am happy to see ads come to the platform but 100% agree the streamer needs the control to if and when the ads are ran including what type. I believe KICK will set the new standard with ads on streaming platforms.

Well... this is a game changer. The disconnect protection is a HUGE bonus (something @StakeEddie originally said they wern't going to add). The update is going to make going IRL 1000x easier and adding landscape was a must for me. Adding dual camera OMG... Simply amazing. Only added feature Id love to see is the option to bond diff networks if you had multiple connections available (Sim/eSim/WiFi etc). Biggest W's always coming from @kick
