Some Pro Tools users may have experienced a temporary outage in iLok Cloud service yesterday. The root of this was Google Cloud, which some of iLok’s service relies upon. This outage is rare but quickly restored. More info: bit.ly/3ZxpOX9

Have you tried logging in first before actually launching Sibelius? Try force quitting Sibelius then navigate to the small Avid Link logo on the top right corner of your screen then click "Sync Account"
Google’s Cloud service experienced an outage today. This impacted many industries, not just those of us in media creation. This was not Pro Tools, nor iLok, nor PACE, but a global outage. Google’s engineering team has announced this issue is fixed.
Customers with #Avid products that use #iLok copy protection should be aware that on Saturday, Feb 20, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM PST (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST, 16:00 to 18:00 GMT), iLok.com and Activation Services will be offline for planned system #maintenance.
