King of Spain at the final day of Wimbledon. This looks great. Very rare to see this level of tailoring nowadays, even on the wealthy. So let's talk about some of the reasons why it's great. 🧵

A 6th form student brought me a Starbucks tea today to say thank you. Never happened in 16 years of teaching. Going to miss this lot. #TeachersOfTwitter

@worksopcollege in 1953. The College swimming team (seen here prior to the opening of the indoor pool), Speech Day cricket, some rather terrifying Through The Looking Glass costumes & a very familiar view of the Quad. @WorksopHead @WorksopCricket

Quick thread on exam analysis for HoDs Often HoDs are asked to analyse the results in the summer and use this to inform their improvement plans. Parking the idea that the timescale to do that for September is problematic, what should this analysis look like? 1/10

This is the town of Shibam in Yemen, known as the "Manhattan of the Desert". But it's much older than Manhattan — these skyscrapers are 500 years old...

Really neat thread. Should follow suit and write a Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium one of my own in this style.
Mark and Recapture is a powerful statistics trick for counting a large number of things without actually counting most them. I love this concept. It's so easy it feels like magic plus it's really useful in a lot of everyday situations. Read this thread to learn more about it.
