Find out if you’re one of over 5 million people in the UK who are at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes (T2D) in the Hoo Peninsula Type 2 Diabetes Community Screening Program. This is a six weeks community screening program for T2D, between 4th March and 14th April.

Complete the screening questionnaire and let's discuss your results.
