1/ I applied for @arbitrumdao_gov's Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT).
My main thesis: if OpCo is expected to help Arbitrum develop new business lines and revenue opportunities, OAT’s job is not to execute that work. It is to provide oversight, consultation, and advisory capabilities.
