Dear User,
When you copied your documents, did you first download them as iCloud keeps Docs on the cloud storage?
If not, you will need to buy more space to retrieve them.
Unfortunately, Mac OS needs budget to use it; otherwise, stay with Windows OS.

Dear IT Chair @ZukisanNdwendwe my MacBook refuses to open documents citing full disc space. I’ve moved all my info to 2 hard drives & 2 USB’s but still. How do I navigate this without buying more space on iCloud?
