One of my biggest wins last month?
Helping my client smash a major milestone.
As the lead marketer, I didn’t overcomplicate anything. I just focused on the basics.
Here’s what I did:
– Kept the messaging clear and simple
– Focused the campaign on the community, not the hype
– Doubled down on what was already working
– Showed up every day, even when numbers weren’t looking sweet
Lastly, I communicated with the project CM for better retention.
I told him to continue nurturing each members, especially those interested in:
“special roles”, “asking for CA” “Curious about the TGE date”, “Project updates on the product and Use case” and more.
I quoted “ This members are likely invested in our success and could become key supporters during our major milestone like:
• PreSale
• App launch & Usage
• Events
• NFT
• TGE, E.T.C
Sometimes it’s not about doing more, it’s about doing what works consistently.
That one campaign, it didn’t just hit the mark.
It made the devs happy, the team proud, and the community growing and lively.
So, don’t sleep on the basics because they still work.
