The Indus will soon become a thing of the past if unequal water distribution persists. Also Sindh has humans living in it who need water? This idea that water to the sea is water wasted is a racist and ethno-facist ideology. People near the sea need water. Karachiites are already feeling the heat with water reductions. The hydrological cycle necessitates that the whole system is activated from mountain to sea.

ڈیم بھرے ہوئے ہیں، دریائے کابل میں پانی کا بہاؤ دگنا ہو چکا ہے اور CJ و TP نہریں مکمل صلاحیت کے ساتھ چل رہی ہیں، پھر بھی سندھ کو 41 فیصد پانی کی قلت کا سامنا ہے۔ جب نظام میں پانی موجود ہے تو سندھ کو اس کے 1991 کے آبی معاہدے کے تحت جائز حصے سے کیوں محروم رکھا جا رہا ہے؟

سندھ کو پانی کی شدید قلت کا سامنا ہے۔ گڈو بیراج پر پانی کی آمد گزشتہ سال 135,000 کیوسک سے کم ہو کر صرف 75,000 کیوسک رہ گئی ہے۔ بدین، میرپورخاص اور دیگر اضلاع میں چاول اور کپاس کی فصلیں متاثر ہو رہی ہیں جبکہ سمندری پانی کی دراندازی کا خطرہ بھی بڑھ گیا ہے۔ 1/2
