Teacher trainee recruitment in England this year will be substantially below target for the third year running, and for 11th time in the last 12 years
Recruitment is a key part (not only - retention is vital) of this crisis because it's still 20% lower than before the pandemic

Hi @UKLabour, we like the idea of 6,500 new teachers.
But this only means one extra for every three schools.
Also, after 3 years 1 in 4 teachers leave: that would leave only 4,875.
So, what will you do to solve the recruitment and retention crisis?

Just tried to use a #letscargoroo bike. Bike would not unlock. Then the app couldn’t recognise uk bikes. And their uk support number doesn’t work. Awful company!

Been on holiday to Morocco. My advice is holiday in the U.K. Going abroad is just too stressful and risky at every stage. Covid is making international travel a nightmare! #staycation
