Games that DLCs are a fantastic addition: Oxygen not included, Battle Brothers, Rimworld and the Last spell imo. As for games that feel incomplete without DLC, im sure everyone has smth in mind lol. Also special shoutout to Stardew and Celeste for making free DLCs lol
