Not because they've given up.
Because they're tired of performing.
There is a freedom that comes from realizing:
You don't need to earn your right to exist by making other people comfortable.
You don't have to justify every quirk.
Every need.
Every accommodation.
You are allowed to build a life around how your brain actually works instead of spending your life apologizing for it.

I don’t talk about Autism for sympathy or pity. I talk about it so autistic people stop thinking they’re broken and so families stop making us their trauma story.
Help, not pity.
And if an autistic person tells you something is bothering them, believe them. You don’t get to decide our sensory limits. If it's not loud, bright, or itchy to you, that Just means you don't have our nervous system.
The fastest way to help us is to stop arguing with our experience.

Macht mich traurig, dass Leute sich heutzutage immernoch abzocken lassen und in Fake-Synchronausbildungen investieren. Es gibt auch immernoch keine "Synchronsprecherausbildung." Nur Schauspielausbildungen, Sprecherziehung und Workshops. Da bitte auch nur welche bei Profis. :(
