This morning we made posters about our day out in London. We used our geographical learning and our English skills to write about the journey we took and the landmarks that we saw. They have really brightened up our corridor!

Time to do some research for our trip to London! We looked at 5 key landmarks that we will see while we’re out and about. We worked in groups and used kiddle.co as our search engine. Now we’re all set to be tour guides and share our new knowledge 🗺️

We’ve been busy making story maps to help us retell ‘The Lost Thing’. Today we were critical friends for each other, making final additions and then used our finished story map to retell the events orally.

In English, we are now using Chromebooks everyday, linking our computing skills with English. Today we did this alongside our books too as we were drawing a story map. We are going to be rewriting a narrative, focussing on the first part of ‘The Lost Thing’ by Shawn Tan.
