I don’t drink alcohol & haven’t for nearly two years. I never thought of myself as an alcoholic until I realised I was drinking everyday since lockdown 1. My anxiety was high using alcohol to numb me. Having night terrors & lashing out in sleep. Are why I stopped.

Finally got to Vernon Mill studios & loved every minute of it. Had a long chat with an artist & thankful for the pep talk. I’ve not been feeling it with art & work. I’ve been competing rather than just enjoying things.
