Simmer down now.
I just bought an 8’lb medicine ball and a fit-ball to use both for workouts and in place of my desk chair sometimes. Trainer promised to send me a classic med-ball workout...Let’s get this party started!!

Hi Everyone! So, for those of you who don't recall, I thought I'd tell you the story of the pineapple in BAM lore. (This is Sarah). Back when my daughter was in kindergarten, that sweet baby girl came home and asked "Mom, is f@*k a bad word?"

But here's the thing: that kid is a preteen. Soon she will believe me to be entirely humorless. So one day, when it gets really bad...I'm going to take her on a tour of the household pineapples. And I'm going to tell her what they really mean. It's my ace in the hole.

Pineapples somehow became a BAM rallying point many years ago. And given the state of the world, I turned our avatar here into a field of pineapples. Hopefully we won't feel like screaming that word into the void forever. But for now:🍍it.
