In and about all of these activities we are working to gather the voice and views of children and young people; every single comment/idea/opinion gets fed into managers and decision makers.
April has pretty much been dominated with our Easter Holiday Activities; superheroes, pottery, basketball with Bedford Bulls and a wet and muddy Forest School. This week we get our ninja warrior on, alongside cooking, track play and an owl experience at the farm #YOUthvoice
March saw our Apprentice Lauren complete her training and lots of planning for the Easter Holidays. We held our 4th Autism in Schools Conference and Autism Awareness Celebration Event. We also met with a team from Newham to share SEND engagement work and ideas #YOUthvoice
February 2023 was a whopper; over 60 YP from Secondary Schools attended our Pupil Voice Conference and some members of @BBYC15 attended the British Youth Council Convention. We had a busy half-term and another 2xSHOUT sessions! Lots of meetings attended and reports written too!
In January we welcomed Emily back from Maternity Leave and supported the @BedsBoroughPCF fun day. We re-launched monthly soft-play sessions and trained our new @BBYC15 committee. We had 2xSHOUT sessions and attended the Corporate Parenting Group; a busy start to 2023 #YOUthvoice
