#Improvement is a fun fair - there are small and large rides.
Sometimes we have to wait before starting the ride, the ride may stop which is scary depending how far you've come.
Regardless, the ride / journey is a bit more manageable when we come together. #SafeCareCollaborative

The morning has started strong with a talk by Sophie from the National Children's Bureau. Talking about effects of increasing physical activity pre-natal for pregnant women and birthing people with a BMI >= 25. Fantastic work and amazing to see the impacts!
