We can’t afford to wait a day longer than needed to build B.C. This plan builds on work underway, like legislation I tabled last week to streamline permits for urgently needed wind, solar, and transmission projects through @BCEnergyReg. 🔌 👉 news.gov.bc.ca/32295 🧵 [5/6]

Good news for our province! Thank you to all firefighters for keeping B.C. safe.
With over 85% of wildfires now classified as Being Held or Under Control, many of our crews are in the mop up and patrol stages of wildfire response. This entails crews methodically inspecting the burned area and extinguishing any remaining hot spots.
